The Lucky Well - Incubator
The Lucky Well has always been that easygoing BBQ place where you can sit back, grab a bourbon, and eat tender ribs while watching a team meltdown on TV. Now the large Spring Arts spot offers that same atmosphere—plus a DJ during Happy Hour—and a menu that has expanded three times in size. It now includes wood-fired Vietnamese dishes from Nuớng, Navajo tacos from Shiprock, and Italian small plates from Sauce Boy—and they’re all fantastic.

While a menu with savory rigatoni, cloud-like fry bread, citrusy grilled shrimp, and tender brisket seems like an indecisive person’s nightmare, to us, it’s a comfort food dream. And while you can keep it simple with an order of ribs and mac and cheese or juicy chicken thighs with fragrant jasmine rice, the true beauty of this incubator is that you can make the ultimate mix-and-match meal with no drop in quality. Stop by when you want to sip on lemongrass-infused cocktails, sing along to the live music, and enjoy a massive menu with zero skippable plates.
