Marisel Salazar is a New York City-based food writer, cook, and host. Originally from Panama City, Panama, she grew up in Hawaii, Japan, Northern Virginia, and Madrid. Whew. Salazar is also a member of the Newswomen’s Press Club of New York, the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, and the International Association of Culinary Professionals. She has interviewed figures like Michelin-starred and World’s 50 Best chefs, politicians, and undocumented restaurant workers. She is the host of United States of Spirits on Spirits Network and Driven to Dine on MSG Networks. She does other on-camera things too. Like cereal reviews.
